LoneForge Events is a booking floor for Abilene and the Big Country: every DJ, band, food truck, photographer, venue and party pro on one site, each with a page we build by hand. It's free, it's yours to share, and you keep booking your own way.

We market you. You keep what's yours.
Keep your own gigs
Not exclusive. Book your own way, keep your own clients, run your own ads. We take nothing from anything you book yourself, and your page can carry your own booking link.
Only when we book you
No signup fee, no monthly fee. When a customer books you through the floor, we keep 15% of your price. You set the price, and our cut comes out of it, never on top.
Back on our gear
When a customer adds our AI photo booth, our laser and projection show, or anything rented from LoneForge to a party you're booked for, 10% of what they paid for it comes to you.
Never chase a check
We take the deposit and collect the balance before the party. You're paid two business days after the event, straight to your bank.
Bigger parties
Customers book the whole night in one go. A quince that books a DJ also needs a photographer, a truck and lights. That's how everyone on the floor gets booked more.
Terms are a draft until we sign. The agreement is short, plain English, month to month, and either side can leave with 30 days notice.

Signing the first residents
The floor is a preview with sample residents. We meet every applicant, hear them play or see their work, and build the first pages by hand. Requests from customers go to a person.

Real pages, real calendars
The samples come down as real residents go up. Your page shows your real open dates and your own booking link next to ours.

Booking opens
Customers pick a night, pick their people and pay once. We confirm every name, run the night, and pay everyone two days later. A self-serve editor for your page comes with it.
Built by LoneForge, an Abilene company that makes its own tech, including the AI photo booth and the laser show. We're starting small on purpose.

Questions
Is it free to join?
Yes. No signup fee and no monthly fee. We only earn when a customer books you through the floor.
Do I have to stop booking my own gigs?
No. It's not exclusive. Your own bookings, ads and clients stay yours, and we take nothing from them. Your page can even carry your own booking link.
What does the 15% cover?
Finding the customer, marketing you, your page, the quote, the contract, taking the deposit, collecting the balance, reminders, the run of show, and paying you. You set your price and our fee comes out of it, never added on top.
How does the 10% work?
If a customer books our AI photo booth, our laser and projection show, or rentals from LoneForge for a party you're booked for, 10% of what they paid for that comes to you on your next payout.
When do I get paid?
Two business days after the event. The customer pays us before the party, so there's nothing to chase.
What is the wristband for?
It's your name on the floor. It sits on your page, it's your pass when you apply, and it's what customers see when they pick you for a night. You can also post it: it's the easiest way to tell people you're on here.
Is there a contract?
A short, plain-English agreement you can read in five minutes. Month to month, and either side can leave with 30 days notice. Leave, and your page comes down and your content comes back to you.
